Below are the guidelines for Returns & Exchanges:


  1. Items should be returned in their original packaging, complete with all accessories and documentation.
  2. If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report them to us within two working days. If the items or outer packaging are visibly damaged on the receipt, then you have to record the damage on the carrier's delivery note. If the original packaging is damaged beyond reuse, items should be returned in suitable packaging to ensure the item is not damaged in transit.
  3. Once we receive the item back in our warehouse, we will examine the product and issue a replacement or refund to you.
  4. Before accepting delivery of any Product, the Buyer shall reasonably ensure that the Product's packaging is not damaged or tampered.
  5. In case of a faulty electronics product, the customer needs to contact the nearest Brand service centre for repair/ replacement.
  6. Customer must share video & photographs while opening the package. Video & photographs of the box from all sides, the inside packaging, damaged product or wrong product, and the shipping label will be required within 48 hours of delivery
  7. In case of requests for order cancellations, Vishal Peripherals reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever. As part of usual business practice, if Vishal Peripherals receives a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed, Vishal Peripherals may cancel the order and refund the entire amount to the Buyer within a reasonable period of time. Buyer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Vishal Peripherals and accepts Vishal Peripherals's decision regarding the cancellation.
  8. In case the Buyer has availed any benefit under any marketing or promotions or payment options provided by Vishal Peripherals platform in relation to the Product for which the order has been cancelled by the Buyer, Buyer agrees and authorizes Vishal Peripherals to recover such benefits from the Buyer or set-off the same from any refunds to the Buyer.

 

Return requests will be accepted for the below-mentioned criterion:

  1. Product delivered is in damaged condition
  2. Wrong product is sent. A significant difference was found in the Vishal Peripherals website as a comparison to the product.

iii. Product is used

  1. Items or accessories are missing

 

Return requests shall not be accepted in the following cases:


  1. No longer needed
  2. Made-to-product (On Demand) or it was arranged Back-To-Back

iii. Items cannot be returned after the time period mentioned in the policy's

  1. In the event of false, frivolous or baseless complaints regarding the delivery or quality of the Products, the Buyer will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
  2. If the original seal of the product is open and no technical issue/fault has been observed in the product then in this case return or refund will not be applicable
  3. If the Product is damaged by the customer, in any manner as may be determined by Vishal Peripherals at its sole discretion.
